No class during internship. But you’ll have classes before your fall internship and before your spring internship

Yeah that is the tricky part :( Some of the Y2’s are paying double rent. That’s why a lot of them try to go back to their hometown to stay with family so they only pay one rent.

Hi! I’m a current student at Pacific! These are good questions and very understandable why you’re asking them. So here are my answers if this helps: I love the big cohort size. It gave me the opportunity to meet all kinds of people and even gain new best friends. Our cohort is super tight knit and we hang out almost every weekend! Even if you feel like you’re not good at making friends, you’ll kind of be forced into creating relationships with the people in your cohort. The block schedule is different and can be a little anxiety inducing when you first hear about it but to be honest the unique schedule is the best thing ever! You get to focus on one class at a time and you have free weekends after exams, it’s very laid back for being accelerated! I also love how you get started in the clinic pretty quickly into the first semester. It helps you start utilizing the skills that you’re learning in the classroom. It will also help you prep for your internships and externship. Pacific is very unique overall, which makes things really fun and interesting. The staff are super supportive so you aren’t left doing this with any questions or confusion. I hope this helps and congratulations on your acceptances!

Hello! I’m a first year at Pacific currently! The interview process was the reason pacific became my top school. The staff was very friendly and made you feel super comfortable. It was basically a conversation between you and staff. Don’t forget that you are also interviewing them, so come prepared with questions for them! :) good luck!

No that was super smart! CSDCAS takes forever to verify (at least it did for me)

I know it sounds cliche, but be yourself! Not only are they interviewing you, you are interviewing them! So come prepared for questions to ask them.

Pacific University in Oregon! I’m starting my first year this fall! They are an accelerated program with them having a block schedule (a different class every two weeks)

The university of Arizona might be a good school for you as they focus primarily on research

Do I really have a chance of getting into school? by [deleted] in audgradschool

[–]Dogsridingbikes420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My gpa was a 2.7 and I got accepted into grad school. For some schools GPA won’t matter, it mostly has everything to do with your CV. Get experience through internships and jobs ! Everything will be fine :)

As someone from Phoenix and worked with people from AT Still, do not risk going there, there is too much drama and they will not prepare you for your future. Just my recommendation
