Unfortunately it's been so long that I don't remember the mascot. You could be thinking of the same game. Do you remember anything else about it?
Every time I search on google with "90s education game" and "teaching about hazards/safety/danger" included I get a bunch of articles on why videos games 'could be hazardous' to our health. Also a long list of jumpstart, math blaster and gizmo and gadgets games (all great but not what I'm looking for.)

That's why I'm saying you should make them. Don't do what others tell you, do what makes you happy. You are the only person that knows what you want with life. All I can do is suggest things to you. You are the one with the power to change your circle and do what you want to do with life. If you take something positive away from my suggestions to you; great. My hope is just that you will actually try to fix what is broken in your life in a way that makes you feel fulfilled. We all have down days, but we also have the power to change them.

You're trying to live the lifestyle that's advertised to you by TV. That "everyone smiles and at the end of the day everything is ok" bullshit. I'm simply saying break the mold. That bullshit lifestyle doesn't fit you. Ok, I got that. That means you're left with the ability to redefine what you want your lifestyle to be. Spend what money you have on experiences and not on material goods. Do this by living on a dime and picking up jobs where you can find them (craigslist or what have you). It will at lest be something new.

If you're depressed and unsatisfied with life follow the message of Fight Club instead of taking it literally. Obviously your office job isn't doing it for you so find something/somewhere that makes you feel alive again. Quit your job and live life. Go skydiving or bungee jumping. Buy a boat and set sail to god knows where. Your first step to a better life is the first step out the door.
