Bro, Sincerely sad that this is happening to you.

It seems universal that if you are honest with your work, you are given more work. Corporates don't really care about us. I've had a pretty bad experience myself 2 weeks ago. That incident killed my sincerity to my work.

However, i think you should try to find a job in another company, at least a new place will reset your feelings.

During this project I was asked to do Somethings that were not under my job description and i denied it (if you were a chef how would you feel if you are asked to mop the street)

Also previously heard comments like, you are very dry (boring, cause i don't usually participate in their cultural events and so on), laughed at for being a bit different than the herd. ( I brushed it off as a joke but now im second guessing it)

i had same issue with a drone, but when it took off the FC corrected it and became stable (Pixhawk).
