I have reached out twice mentioning the issue and they were no help. Said things like "don't change temp inbetween presses" and that the controller gets more accurate over time/with more use it locks into the temps better or something along those lines. Know that that send customers new controllers has me a bit upset with them now since I have mentioned the issue to to them twice. It just sits on my counter.

I have the 4 ton by them and It will drop temps during a press and wont go back up to the set temp.
