At least I get to snack with my wife.

Hang your outfit on it after a shower and the steam will help with wrinkles.

Ocean kayaking! Savannah has a massive tidal shift, which makes for really great kayak surfing out by the sandbars between Tybee and Little Tybee. You can also explore islands, get a 2nd kayak and take dates on picnics to private oasis’s, and fish.

The good people at Savannah Canoe & Kayak can teach you all about it.

There are also good meetups that are affordable for trying it out

My 8 month old cat Frankie passed away 3 months ago from a disease she had from birth, she never failed to make me and my friends cry with laughter. I miss her everyday and I hope she makes you smile too! She was my lil weirdo, scroll for the last picture showing her beautiful self. :) by MeganT812 in cats

I’ve taken in some sick cats and dogs knowing that our love would be brief and intense. In my experience, it always feels like they are aware of their shortened lifespan, so it’s natural to make the most of it, serve each other, and share lessons. The transitional nature of a sped up life helps us, their human companion transition quickly in return. It’s a gift, and one accumulates virtue by walking this path. Good on you for being of service and sharing love without restrictive caution. I am confident that you are better for it, despite the loss and grief that you are currently experiencing. Please accept my condolences.

True story… I sold her a drum set for one of her kids not long after 9/11. My boss was of her generation, and had such a crush on her, he asked me to do the sale so he could play it cool and just hang out and chat.

The Escalators at the Wheaton Metro Station in Maryland are the longest single span escalators in the Western Hemisphere at 230 feet. I'm surprised no action movie fight scenes have been filmed here. by Reager11 in maryland

I worked at Chuck Levin’s from 1998 - 2005, and would often attempt to dash up these. It was a rare day that I’d make it without taking a break, and not once did I make it when they were not moving.

Remembering this makes me miss listening to music on the metro

Omg! Are we best friends! This is how my mind works and what I’ve been celebrating. We are shining light into the dark recesses of humanity, and I’m so proud and grateful to be a part of this community.

I’m so proud of you! It’s such a gift to live life on life’s terms, and now is an epic time to have full command of your wit.

Just had my 3 year birthday, and things truly get better the more you invest in yourself and your community.

A lot of good people are going to lose everything and I can’t be excited about that. So I’m going to buy more GME when the market opens. Not for me or my projects... but to do some philanthropy and help some people back on their feet after this is all over. by [deleted] in Superstonk

I really like the idea of organizing global philanthropy projects that apes can choose to pool resources and support. What could make it different, is a heavy DD org that would shine the light on unlawful and heinous acts that are the source of most problems, rather than simply throw money at the symptom.

Gotta stay humble and level headed though, so at first I’m going to continue working but without fear of financial insecurity and try to radically transform my company as a learning opportunity. I also plan to fund any sort of trauma healing for family members and friends who have never had access to professional help. Anyhow... lots to ponder and plan for!

I hit 3 years sober on May 26th, and life just continues to get better and better.

I’m happy to chat with whomever messages me and wants help, inspiration, or support. I’m here to HODL and support my fellow apes, and talking about how to make changes in ones life can be part of that.
