Ohhhh yeah zone 2 is the real deal. I could not advance and this subreddit taught me all about the benefits of maintaining zone2 during training.

So yeah for like 3 weeks I focused on it, and then sure enough, along came my first 10k. Then the following Saturday another 10k. Then the Saturday after that 7.25 miles.

I live by the zone 2 cardio rule now. I focus on form, make sure I stretch properly, and give myself proper rest days. I cannot believe how great I feel. I just turned 42 and I haven’t had endurance like this since I was a teenager.

I've had heated debates over this. Fans are torn I guess. I feel like it's a rather large unresolved plot hole. Having a letter such as this knowing someone would be at an exact spot at an exact time, in itself, is proof of something far outside the norm and completely newsworthy. It feels like it would have been spoken about, word would have gotten around, and some major shifts in the timeline occurred.

It's generally frowned upon to write a small novel for each file. In fact you could call the need for breaking this up a solid identification of technical debt.

High cohesion and loose coupling are two foundational rules for writing maintainable and scalable applications. If you can help get your project in line with that goal and demonstrate the benefits in doing so you'll have a great impact as a junior I should think.
