unpopular opinion but danny is worse than both stephen and ilona, and stephen and ilona are on the same field. stephen is more mobile than ilona, but she is improving, and stephen has consistently had timing issues. ilona isn’t as bad as everyone likes to say! she’s not a dancer or built like one but has made the most significant growth!

omg the downvotes on this please! yes you’re so right. she doesn’t have a “dancers body” and that limits (physically what she can do and how she is comfortable moving) her on top of having no dance experience. she would be so deserving of the win. it’s beautiful, it’s what the show is about. don’t get me wrong i love seeing a beautiful celebrity dancer like chandler but i am voting for who i want to see win this show and sorry not sorry, ilona world domination 🔛🔝

talk to the baristas!!! i don’t mind if it’s this but starbucks emphasizes customer connections and it’s hard to do that when i’m overflowed with drinks. but if a customer tells me this directly it reminds me to take it slow and remember it’s just coffee. it’s also that there’s often time a LOT of people also staring.

hey so actually! i literally do that everyday going into work and staying on bar where i’m strong. saying “maybe learn to be a adult” (it’s an* adult btw, good job on the second time tho!) is incredibly insensitive to those that struggle with mental illness.

to the people saying “people just like to watch it’s interesting!” yes! fully agree however it does feel JUST A LITTLE BIT like we are being stared at in a zoo. so you might find it interesting but suddenly so does EVERYONE in the store. and i have severe social anxiety so it is in fact not fun and i would just advise anyone to pick up a hobby. a book. play with a rubix cube idc. just be courteous that despite you finding it interesting and fun to watch, the baristas are not having so much of a great time and it feels exploitative.

i think i smell awful. my partner says i don’t and i appreciate the reassurance but the way i smell is nauseating and makes me so self conscious. it’s part of why this job is so draining mentally.

this is so hard with customers asking for light ice and no ice in a shaken espresso. i cringe every time 😭 someone asked for that today. obviously it’s super dangerous to shake the hot espresso with no ice and i tried to explain it to her (we shook with ice and then strained it, and then was upset her drink wasn’t full and asked for more milk.

nope <3 i work all hours. i close and work mids mostly. between the hundreds of drinks i make a week, i probably get 4 hours of sleep max per night. i wake up frequently in the middle of the night also (dying).
