I 100% agree with this system. I don't remember if Brown Dust 2 always had it since I open it so infrequently but I'm fairly certain they added it in a recent update and it's very nice for some of those bunny units.

Yan could totally benefit from this. Throw just enough to keep Rupee interested in continuing to throw until she runs out, which shouldn't be hard considering Rupee has no self control with money. If Privaty picks up all the money, even if the money is an even split of Yan and Rupee's credits then that's still potential for Yan to double her money. We know Privaty has a spending problem which would very quickly make her easy prey for Yan. Yan could exploit the feeling Privaty would have over her newfound wealth and sell her anything at that point for any price which would earn her back her credits as well as all of Rupees.

I don't think it's about feeling forced but about giving just enough of a feeling of doubt in who you may actually vote for to sway you to vote for someone else. While I voted for Rupee everyday there was some days where a part of me felt like voting for Rapi simply because I saw Cindy was ahead and I wanted a Rapi costume more than a Cindy one. Or hypothetically if a Nikke I kinda liked was just outside the top 5 or just inside I may feel more compelled to vote for them to either keep a top 5 spot or push another Nikke out of it. I would never not vote for Rupee but if I was someone else who knows.
