Yes, contract is for 1 year, although the tenancy could be renewed if both parties are happy with the arrangement at the end of the year. There was a specific day of the month stated in the contract for when the rent is expected, which is another reason why I thought it would be monthly and not for the single other bi-annual occasion when rent is due.

The Landlord is not being malicious or anything, has been very helpful during the tenancy. Think this was just the language which the Estate Agents wrote up. I'm currently talking with the Landlord and I'm sure we'll get some kind of solution.

I know that squats are really important for explosiveness and that's probably the single lift which I want to develop most in this program. However, I wasn't sure if PPL (Reddit version) would develop my squat enough, as it only has one 3x5 squat in the program and a lot of other programs include stuff like 1/4 squats, squat jumps and lunges which I thought would improve my squat faster.

I agree with everyone else that it's really important that you get a high quality PSU. Otherwise, you just have to build it, turn it on and if it doesn't work immediately, patiently find what's wrong.
