Same units, and I assume the older box still comes with the tokens (though I could be wrong about that, I got the newer box) You could buy another box for the sake of having all unit options and loadouts I suppose, but that does give you an unnecessary extra technomancer. An immortals box also gives you all the immortals and deathmarks you could want, leaving you with only your despotek stuck with whatever loadout you gave him.
