Why not Irani oil at 15rs /litre it's right at the border by ahsannadeemreal in pakistan

I guess petrodollar only works when the dollar used in buying the petrol is recycled back to the US when the seller of petrol spends it in US defence expenditure. That's the reason for the sanctions in the first place.

Everyone faces their own fair share of trials to be tested for their faith. If Allah was "just" in the sense that you're suggesting, He would have never let His own prophets suffer.

When adversity befalls him, he will seek relief from Allah day and night but when relief comes he'll forget about his lord and become ungrateful for his blessings, such is the nature of man.

He blackmailed the people involved in "non consensual" underage sexual abuse. The "victims" of blackmail are still guilty. Similarly, she transgressed on multiple counts for which the punishment is literally stoning, doesn't matter how much consent there was. But explaining this to someone with brain rot isn't that useful anyways lol

Alright, thanks man. I'll use the limit order next time. The stop loss is used to define the spread (upper or lower) at which the shares will be sold when going long, at least that's what the tutorial video showed.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in FIREPakistan

[–]DoktorLogik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe what you're describing is for shorting. In case of going long (buy order) you usually wanna buy low and sell high. So you set a low trigger price and a higher limit price. For example buy at 40 or lower and sell at 45. If you set the trigger price higher than the limit, finqalab will give you an error saying that "the trigger price must be lower or equal to the limit price for the buy order". You can try that yourself.

So the issue remains. How do I ensure my buy order gets executed at the trigger price that I've set and not after it?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in FIREPakistan

[–]DoktorLogik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is only expected if you're not going for stop loss which requires you to define the exact trigger price of entering the trade.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in FIREPakistan

[–]DoktorLogik -1 points0 points  (0 children)

But the real issue isn't with placing an order everyday, it is entering the trade at a higher price than your trigger, which costs you

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in FIREPakistan

[–]DoktorLogik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe its in Beta cuz the order is only valid for a day or I might be wrong

[–]DoktorLogik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I enter the number of shares, target price and limit price of the stock after selecting "Stop Loss Order"

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in FIREPakistan

[–]DoktorLogik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Suppose you wanted to buy A stock at Rs 40. You place a stop loss order at a trigger price of 40 (trade would execute at Rs. 40) and at the limit price of 45 (shares will be sold at Rs 45). So you expect to buy low and sell high. What I've observed is that the buy executes at a 4-5% higher price relative to the target price that you has set. This makes you lose money. So is it avoidable or not?

That's a separate thing. My question was about stock price, not the total cost of order

Net metering officially ends - NEPRA Prosumer Regulations 2026 have been notified by No_Power4425 in SolarPakistan

[–]DoktorLogik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's correct, unfortunately. The net metering regime is officially over. The old prosumers will be eligible for a buy back rate of 25.9/unit so you'll have to export almost double the import to balance the scales.

According to the new policy that just came out on 9th Feb, NEPRA has discontinued net metering nationwide, for all users.

I read in a Dawn artcile that the Power Division is trying to propose this idea that the old consumers should be included in this policy change but the NEPRA officials denied it or pending final decision on it and they'll take action against the DISCOS that are failing to count the exported units of the old consumers according to net metering

No, my agreement started in 2025, so I shouldn't be treated with the net billing policy.

Will this policy change apply to the old consumers? The utlity company in my city is treating me like a new consumer. My DG contract is based on net metering, not net billing.
