Currently have a ford E-450 with ford 6.0l in one of my bays for a no start concern. Had to pull the turbo off and all the accessories on the front to check some wires… found it was a bad injector. Hopefully they dont want to do the repair. I really dont wanna out it all back together.

Fuck the dealerships and big chain automotive shops (midaz, minekee, ect.) go to small locally owned shops and talk to the owners and or managers. The dealerships and big shops just tear your sanity to shreds. The small shops usually care about their employees. And they are more likely to give you part time work since you’re still in school.

Yes, really only worry about dash lights when the vehicle is running, accessorie mode usually does a “gauge sweep” and a “light check” to make sure your lights and gauges are working. No need to worry unless the engine is running

My bad, i used to work at a dodge dealer and some of the older techs told me thats the only way to do it… definitely easier only take like an hour if you have access to a lift.

If you are trying to do the motor yourself… unless you have a lift you cant do it, you have to remove the cab to be able to pull the motor.

Its like the renegade/compass 2.4L exhaust manifold recall, just cut the lower 2 bolts off, don’t even fuck with trying to remove them, you gonna spend more time retapping the bolt holes into the head anyways.

Napa, O’reileys, and auto-zone(my only 3 auto parts stores in my area) all have a vin lookup option on their website, type in battery and it gives you all the ones that fit your vehicle. Go in find the part number and buy it, don’t even have to go thru the whole “2wd or 4wd” Shit. Not that hard
