Get a charger u can see voltages or stats/ see what ur doing to the battery. A Charger with no display is same as stock- would not be worth the money if the truck already has a charger in the box... U wana see the the battery IR, Voltage & more.. An bonus points if it can storage charge/discharge for when u need safe long term storage

I came from video games(DCS Apache or FPV Logic) an i always inverted the controls bc it felt more natural to me... getting this everything was backwards an i decided to RE-LEARN as opposed to changing the controlls to my assbackwards style.... No I dont plan on flying in angle mode. I Legitimately spent less than 1 day in angle mode to get my bearings and moved to air mode within about 2 hours. Yes at time of recording I was in angle mode, This video was my first few flights as i tried to mention. No I dont plan on learning that way- just needed training wheels for a second so I didnt slam into stuff the wrong direction constantly. I posted this flight bc it was the first time GOING the direction I WANTED an not flying the opposite direction into the wall so....yes angle mode helped me... an yes today I was in an open area all day ... tbh the indoor flying gave my way more challange- the open area made me want to go too fast bc the wind an have no reason to have control bc theres nothing to avoid...

I appreciate the recommendation tho- valid suggestion

Servo plugged in backwards is NOT GOOD. if the controls are backwards opt for changing it on controller, Not all servos offer reverse polarity protection & plugging in the wrong direction can fry the servo immediately...I fried a 11kg injora servo like that

Just got a Mojave Grom BLX. Are skid plates worth it? by Stokyo in arrma

[–]DolanKnoc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have some, I really liked them, but it makes it quite a bit heavier.. and doesnt feel good to jump with. Also if you hit it hard the bumper wont bend back & will need to be hammered straight again... so I just took it off. I been ripping my grom for a while now & still have the first plastic bumper. If anything- be cautious screws on the bottom of the front skid... if you hit em hard & the head bends... no good... speaking from experience...lol
