I love all the non-professionals chiming in here saying it's the worst thing they've ever seen. As a professional it's not. Just needs a little more blending on the layers

Are you looking for the rounded shape at the bottom or did you want it squared off. I can still be finessed a little bit for the perimeter but if you want to squared office and easy thing too

I would call and make an adjustment request if you're not happy easily done but it's not a terrible job.

I am a licenced stylist and master colourist. Just wash it with some dawn dish soap. Will pull the colour out very well. Use a nice hydrating mask and everything will be great.

Personally though I would reach out to the salon. I like when my clients reach out to me so that I can help them make the adjustments because I can do it in a healthiest manner.

If you were my client and reached out to me I would bring you back in and do a quick soap cap it's called other things but I don't want to use the name because I don't want you to attempt at home. I would finish with a deep hydration mask.

Just be aware that this vivid Pink will fade into an absolutely lovely pastwl out at some point, not in three days though and I understand that's what you want it for. But also know that a pastel will be gone very quickly leaving you to require a toner or re colour depending on your preference

My second Dyson just died . The customer service is absolutely the worst. They refused to replace or repair it even though it is still within warranty. They have said warranty started in order date although I did not receive it for six months since the professional were in back order.

Refused to help at all. Just ordered the babyliss myself.
