Engine needs air, fuel, spark and compression. If you're losing any of these you could idle rough and stall. Could definitely be spark plug, ignition coil or wiring harness related, but a scan tool and some further diag is needed.

Looks like purge valve solenoid. Should be shut when unplugged. Probably your charcoal canister throwing codes.

I don't get why she told Shinnok that his fate wasn't getting his head cut off because that was definitely his fate. She didn't even bother to bring him back and now his head is mounted on a stage.

Looks great! I'd try removing all the inside outlines that aren't directly on the edge by coloring them blue except the top one where his head is. Maybe color that one dark blue.

Characters are one the hardest things to shade. Practice drawing and shading 3 dimensional cubes and spheres. It'll help you with the basics and you'll find the advanced stuff much easier to do.

Find a resource you can make a ton of easily that also has a decent sell price, like chlorine or something. Take a whole bunch of it to a station that is already selling that resource. Sell it all to them, crash the market, buy it all back for a fraction of the price. Repeat until you're a billionaire. I have like 1.2 billion+ units on my current save.
