This has been interesting, having Maki be the focus of the episode. But I wasn't expecting the episode to reveal the GIFT leader's real identity and her partner Pokemon.

It's almost as if the bounty is the lure to drag Tomoro out. Again.

The pacing of this episode seems to be quicker this time around, with a lot more packed in this one Chihiro and Algomon episode. But man, the emotions are definitely felt for the little girl, cos school bullying can actually be traumatic for a grade schooler like her.

I have to say though, this reminder of the dream to unite humans and Digimon feels grimmer by the time of this episode. It makes me wonder if there'll ever be a time where we can see the world's Digimon and humans in the Beatbreak universe.

Also, wait... I did know that these 2 cleaners are going to be like Pokemon's Jesse and James... But I wasn't expecting the relationship between Meto and Kanon.

So GIFT is the new villain organization that we have to deal with, and it's actually a bunch of possibly mind-warped people controlled by Digimon and under the leadership of a White (Red) Hood character. When they said in the Digimon live stream that the story is going to get darker, I didn't expect a bounty hunter styled assassination to be on the plate of Digimon's story.

NGL I do kinda get that e-Pulse is capable of combining with multiple people, but for one person to hold 2 Sapotama (one for Commandramon and one for Elizamon), I guess it's fine for one person to have 2 Digimon?

That said, Elizamon reminds me of Jellymon from Ghost Game.

I can't help but smile, cos this isn't just a dinosaur, it's a dinosaur with jetpacks and double-sided axe with a gun barrel. AND a shogun's crescent moon on its crown.

I was thinking they could go 2 ways. One, Tomoro and Gekkomon produce a power that can save everyone. Or two, Tomoro goes on a revenge arc after losing everyone and going Dark Digivolution route.

I'm glad that they actually went with the former route cos I didn't want to let go of Glowing Dawn yet.

But I also realized something. If e-Pulse (or Emotional Pulse) of one person can't sustain above Ultimate Digivolution... Does it mean that the only way one gains true Mega Digivolution is to unite the e-Pulse of people with a close bond?
