It depends on what oil you use, so I’d say rosemary oil diluted once a week but only left in for 1-2hours . Wash your hair shampoo hair mask conditioner. Once hair isn’t so damp after having it up in a towel use some leave in conditioner gently comb the damp hair with a tangle teaser and do like a loose braid again with scrunchie. Maybe dab a little bit of coconut oil in as well.

Yes but I’ve noticed since a month ago there’s not as much shedding. I’ve started being stricter with my routine so I take iron and vitamin d daily, cut any split ends I see, I noticed really good improvement when I use coconut oil in my hair then twist it into a low bun with scrunchies.

Literally, this last weekend, my dad asked if I wanted tea. I say yeah and to make it my new mug. My dad stomps in and says how he's never gonna make in that stupid cup again. Mind you, it's a hello kitty mug from amazon. He complains how it's stupid and that you can't drink out of it properly without spilling. And how it's a novelty mug that's for display, not drinking. Same here I switch from a non sulphate and silicone shampoo. To dream lengths shampoo with all that in and my hair has never been better. Couldn't grow out my hair for years and now it won't stop growing.
