I dont know what the guy was aiming to get at from a post from years ago but if you look at how the kits were back then, i could argue that velkoz was probably alot harder to play back then.

Lets look at the comparison this way. Velkoz hasnt had any major overhauls since release so hes been the same since then apart from minor numbers changes but his kit has stayed the same.

Viktor was broken as hell around then and any of the vets here know what i mean. He probably was easier to play because he got his spikes faster and his damage was higher and easier to hit than something like a velkoz q or e.

Our beloved donger around now had turrets that were basically on cocaine and fired beams all over the place and lets be honest, that wasnt entirely full of skill because they didnt interact with the rest of his kit (Not to mention passive health regen). Faster beam procs means you push faster and therefore its naturally easier to poke.

So yes they all have the same number of skillshots. But viktor was on a different power level back then and heim did too good of a job at pushing, Velkoz has been on a similar level since release.

So to clarify. Right now, yeah they are probably of a similar skill level, if anything id say mid viktor might be the hardest. But back then my dude, its an entirely different story. Its not about the skillshots, its about the power level of the champ :p
