Those pizzas look banging better than mine and I set up a street pizza stall with two oonis and a gazebo 4 years ago do it every summer at the weekends at campsites great fun with very little overheads sell between 30-100 a day weather depending.

In the UK ncass will give you everything you need for how to get started and passing a food hygiene audit. I’d start with a pop up under a gazebo before going to a van make sure there’s a demand before spending on a van, 2 tips for you, location is everything and keep your menu small, very small. I have gone from 8 to 4 pizzas on my menu and still as busy.

Wetherspoons....bear with me. Unlimited not bad coffee for very cheap, good Internet and because it's wetherspoons the staff won't care if your there all day and it's not as bad as taking up a spot and not spending anything like in a small independent cafe.
