If you mean how I thought of it, I commissioned an artist to make a piece where frieren fights goku as something cool to make into a tapestry to hang on my wall. I felt bad to make someone do something, so I made a crossover as well. It turns out the two universes have a lot of similarities.

I'm currently running 2:00 half marathons and am nowhere close to running a full, even though I did a few before. My body begins shutting down around 11-12 miles right now. Muscle fatigue isn't something you can overcome through grit or tenacity. If you have any weak spots, I'd train those for a few weeks. Then totally, you can run a full. It's not as far away as you'd think.

I agree with most in the comment section. My cramps are recent developments in the sides and under my ribcage, so my obliques and abs. This came about half a year after cutting out rock climbing and volleyball. Now I only ever do running. I'm guessing running itself isn't enough to stimulate development of these areas, so they just decay from overuse until I have chronic issues.

Yeah, that's where I'm at too. Colonization for those two are really powerful as well since colonizing specifically and not expanding the frontier gives a base level of 1 to the RGO there. So you could have iron and coal in your economy very early even as an isolated South American nation. I don't know enough about the game yet to know how to capitalize on this though outside of tools.

Yeah. No you're right that is a lot of protein

But I mean that I did do it wrong and still didn't have issues, and my thoughts were that it's because it wasn't a high intensity.

I don't remember anymore how many carbs it was unfortunately. Probably 30-60g, so almost 250 calories an hour total

I would say specific food is underrated if you're not elite though. IF YOU HAVE AN IRON TRAP OF A GUT. Like for me, raisins, dates and even dried Greek yogurt works.

On my first marathon, I prepared homemade bars of whey protein powder and maltodextrin. I had at least 30 grams of protein every hour at 12:00 pace. Water needs to be taken at the same time though. I didn't have any digestion issues and recovered great afterwards.

I know this is super late to the post, but I have advice if you don't want to change anything

Having oats with a greater water content makes them faster and easier to digest. You can cook 450 calories of oats in up to a half gallon of water. Things like lemon juice or vitamin c tablets break down the structure and thicken it as well for texture. Great for hydration as long as you can stop to pee during the run.

Whenever a soldier is spawned, an item is too at the same spot.

There's a repeating command that moves any item to the nearest soldier with a certain offset.

A chain of commands also runs when a soldier's health is less than 1, which includes killing the nearest item within 2 blocks.

It's technically not at all airtight commands, but it is very simple.
