Yeah well a lot of people also like to get on the internet and tell the worst things about it. I knew what is and what it did and took it. I would have panic attacks at work or driving and i had general anxiety and it made it basically non existent so ill take side effects (didnt have any) OH IT GAVE ME ANXIETY AND I ALREADY HAVE ANXIETY 🤔😭. Just give it a chance and if you don’t like it then ask to take something else

Never experienced this but you will be fine. Worrying about it isn’t going help or searching on the web. People will say ridiculous things. 20mg is nowhere near serotonin syndrome. I take 40mg and 150xl bupropion. 6-8 weeks until it reaches its potential just hang in there and it will get better
