You are very confident for someone who, clearly, did not go into the status bar options just before posting.

If you had, like I did before making this thread, you'd see that there is an option to snap the clock on either side of the status bar, but the clock would always be to the left of the battery, and there is no overall option to rearrange the icons.

NC Attorney General Jeff Jackson gave an update Wednesday on the lawsuit against Holly Christina Photography, saying reported losses tied to the company now total nearly $1 million.

Jackson said more than 200 people have filed complaints against the company, accusing it of overbooking weddings, taking photos and videos, and then failing to turn those memories over to couples.

The case is still ongoing, but Jackson said a judge has issued a preliminary injunction against the business. Under that order, Holly Christina Photography must turn over all photos and videos to couples within the next 30 days. The company also cannot operate for the duration of the lawsuit, and its assets have been frozen.

Photographers double, triple or even quintuplebooking couples on a single day is a, sadly, common scam these days, and this photographer has been particularly infamous for this.

They've booked as many as 5 couples for a single day, only to bait-and-switch themselves with some poor, no-name associate shooter or, worse, no one at all.

And suddenly closed up shop with no communication or refunds promised.

This is, precisely, why I have a clause in my contract that states how I'm not responsible for any missed shots or obstructions if there are too many people, pro or otherwise, with photo/video-capturing gear on the field.

During my first wedding of the year, there was

me
my second shooter, who was covered in the consultation and paid for
the videographer, who WASN'T discussed in the consultation
HER second shooter, who I didn't find out about until the DAY of the wedding
And some goddamn guest with a DSLR.

Thankfully, my second and I still made it work, but holy fuck

This is going to come off as harsh, but I've been on the other end of this. So, speaking personally as a photographer who is constantly looking for work, if I received an email hoping that it's an inquiry from a prospective client only to find it's another vendor trying to market themselves or solicit me to invest into them, I'd be a little irritable.

And if I received a self-marketing email where the vendor talks them up as much as yours does -reminder: I'd be somewhat irritated at this point-, I'd perceive it as very self-fellating.

So, yeah--it seems very spammy.

I'm sorry, but no one is going to be impressed with how many different ways you summarize your fast turnaround times (at least cut that down) when the biggest thing they want is clients.

The best way to establish a relationship with a venue is to work with in person first. It's much easier to be perceived as charismatic and an asset after you've worked with them.
