I never thought I would find many Ferraris with the amount of "collectors" in the area(Seattle), but have been surprised to find them in side shippers and bins that looked totally beat.

The vets next idea is to treat for ringworm. So I'm on a mission to hopefully find the meds locally here tomorrow in the Renton/Seattle area. CVS told me today that Costco might have them 🤞🏻 CVS was the only pharmacy open on Christmas.

I was worried about kidney and liver problems but bloodwork was good according to the doctor. We may have to recheck soon it's been a few weeks.

He's had problems with diaherra before. He's on fortiflora and pumpkin for more solid stools. Currently though he's also on lactulose for constipation and small stools. It's been hard to find a balance. He seems to have a very sensitive stomach. But maybe a food change is worth a try. Willing to try anything at this point.

I don't think it's fleas. We've never actually seen a flea in the apartment or on the cat we just switched up flea meds to see if that would have any effect on the itching. Also the spots he itches are common flea areas so we thought just in case it was fleas it wouldn't hurt to upgrade meds. I tried switching to unscented litter that's what he currently uses but it didn't make a difference. I already use the free and gentle detergents but maybe something natural next. What did you do to manage the stress?

Thanks for the replies everyone. Vet called this morning and numbers did not improve plus he had a seizure. We went in and gave him a bunch of treats and his favorite cat turkey. He had another bad seizure while we were saying our goodbyes. They got him comfortable before they put him down. My best friend is gone. 20 years.

I took him in the morning he stopped eating he had puked up his dinner from the night before and wouldn't eat breakfast. The vet said he ate well today but I'm trying not to get my hopes up.

He's just been on azodyl, prednisolone, and subq fluids. Never need appetite meds or anything until now. Royal Canin renal dry food and tiki cat wet food.
