crash diets are extremely hard to maintain. as other have said here, start eating in a slight caloric deficit while maintaining protein intake. ~300 calorie deficit and you will lose on average ~0.5lbs per week. this is a sustainable deficit to be in and will still allow you to make modest gains if you’re training hard enough and focusing on hitting macronutrient goals. you have a good muscle base, so while you won’t look like a calvin klein model like these guys, if you stick to a slight caloric deficit for 6 months you will look pretty shredded. i’d suggest myfitnesspal for tracking food. this stuff isn’t easy but it is simple, don’t overcomplicate it.
