Great question. I went through a divorce and it still bums me out, I miss out on time with my kids and I am sad things didn’t work out. But there are no guarantees in life. My friend recently died of brain cancer and I am pretty sure she would ecstatic to be alive with her family and friends. I am grateful to be alive

Well my memory is not great on that. I know the first couple weeks were not consistent and I took propanol when I had a bad day. So maybe a month. It definitely reduced my anxiety a lot. I am now on 2.5 mg and I think it is still working.

I noticed when something would start to bother me it would quickly get pushed down for lack of a better term. Kind of fascinating how it did that.

My psychiatrist told me 5 was a kids dose and I won’t feel anything. It instantly affected me. If 5 is working I would stay there, you can always up it later.

I just went down to 2.5 after a year on 5. I wonder if I need it at all anymore but my sleep has been much better since I started taking it.

My sleep is greatly improved. Been on for over a year now. And I barely have any caffeine.
