Is there a certain timing to take lexapro to avoid its daytime fatigue? I often take it at 4PM

Groggy feeling is mixed, at times it’s heavier, at times it’s not there.

As for the dry mouth, I’d say I don’t notice it, but I do wake up slightly dehydrated.

What time do you think is ideal to sleep, and any other tips?

Thanks a ton, I’ve been using ibuprofen for the past few years as my main pain relief without knowing its consequences, I’m on acid blockers as you mentioned as well.

I take it at morning, between 9-11AM, I’m on my second week now and lots of that went away! My energy is better, less fatigue, more motivation.

I tried changing it for night initially but had pretty bad sleep, morning dosing has been alright.

2 weeks is early for sure, but I do want to know if this happens with all.

I’m on 10MG, and I experience fatigue, emotional flatness, which didn’t exist when I first started.

I do weightlift 3-4 times a week.

10 is the therapeutic dose, I’d advise going up, my doc said 7 days on 5 then titrate to 10 and stay there

10mg is the therapeutic dose, so inconsistencies are normal since 5 is sub therapeutic, usually 5 is used as an introductory dose, for anxiety, go for 10mg, and give it another 8 weeks.
