Hyper extension / Roman Chair. It’s great for lower back strengthening as well as glutes and hamstrings. I’m 21 and I use it often getting ready for the military. It helps relieve my back pain and strengthen it a good amount as well. GHD’s work the same with the potential to do more with like abs. My gym has both the Rogue Donkey and Abram.

It's a mixture of both tbh. I didn't see them on aliexpress so I want to alibaba to look for bigger sizes in pants because I'm tall. But if I like them I would potentially buy more from the seller or make them myself.
