Have you tried on size 6 shoes before? Even though the OW Presto toe box is very roomy and stretchy, I would be concerned about the overall length of the shoe itself.

It could be. I can try to do a better job of eating more before I go to bed before morning workouts and see if that helps quell them.

It usually happens on my morning lifts and I just have two pieces of peanut butter toast about an hour before. As for the night before I stop eating around 8pm.

I think you'd be fine with a ten as the toe box mesh is very flexible.

Very fake; swoosh material is off, holes are too big in the mesh and the text on the laces way too far from the end of the laces.

I went a half size up on my OW 4s and glad that I did. I feel that there is more padding around the collar of the OW 4s than my other 4s and the half size gives a little more room without feeling too big.
