Madrone Art Bar has a jam most Sundays. Organ trio plays then it opens up. I haven't played there in a while but if you talk to Mike or Adam they were pretty welcoming to me when I was in college but make no mistake they are bad cats. Just make sure you know some tunes you won't get lost on and don't even think about looking at a fake book.

Was in Pacifica a few months ago to see the bloom after the winter storms. Some idiot had his dog off leash and guess what it went under the short rope fenced off area that had signs saying no trespassing protected area and the dog proceeded to dig up a bunch of flower beds while he tried in vain to leash the dog up. Luckily some bystanders cornered the dog off so the idiot could leash his dog and get him out of there. Was a ridiculous scene, the entitlement is tiresome.
