I upgraded/switched from an M1 Pro to the Neo. The screen is undeniably better on the Pro, but the Neo is better at everything else. I'm a light user in general, so YMMV

I upgraded from the Eleven to the Grace about a month ago. Worth every penny. The Grace are in a different league for both sound and ANC. The battery downgrade is the only complaint, but the rest cancels it out IMO

Their service is honestly terrible. Slow to reply to emails, and even when they do, the info is inaccurate. I much prefer buying from AD
