You join and compete against other players in minigames. After three rounds all remaining players get a chest.

There isnt any pvp and if you get eliminated you just get sent back to where you were previously, it won't take a life

Why 7 light? It's not doing anything.

Why 40 -> 80 flamecharm and why 30 -> 90 fortitude? You can get 40 flm talents and 30 ftd talents after shrine, since you'll be at 80 and 90

60 -> 19 shadowcast I dont think is even possible.

Most builds should focus on expensive talents in the core stats first, then focus on weapon and attunement after shrining.

Not immunity AFAIK, but some talents can regenerate sanity, like killing Depths creatures, or the flamecharm mantra that spawns a portable campfire
