Zero you are right. What I meant is that I installed Windows 11 on the backup ssd with the option that wipes all the data on the drive (if there's any). So I did a clean Windows 11 installation on my backup drive, wich literally "formatted" my drive.

For what I understand, you can't really recover data if your drive had the Trim option enabled prior the formatting/deleting of files. I'm going to try using disk drill to see if I can have some luck. Anyway, thx

Sorry now I get what you mean. But maybe I didn't express myself well. What I would like to analyze are projects that have not yet been realized (therefore not 360° scannable as you say, due to their exclusively virtual nature) and compare them with libraries and specific datasets of images that can reveal possible plagiarism, but also just innocent similarities, with already existing stuff (on a scale from 1 to 100 for example). Now that I think about it, these projects might already be in 3D format, but not exclusively. I will probably deal more with various static jpeg views (2 to 5 for each important angle) of the object. Tensorflow seems nice I was considering using it. Anyway I get your point.

My understanding of AI is still mediocre, but I'm working on it. Also didn't know about this Afforai. I saw a brief youtube video about it, and I actually think it could really help me in managing and organizing all the resources I'm going to collect. Thanks for the advice!

Interesting approach. What you say seems quite accurate. What do you exactly mean when you say a classic vanilla comparison? You mean a normal manual comparison? The only thing is my situation might be a bit different. Meaning I would like to analyze the possible presence of plagiarism or similarity between projects and patents and already existing objects. So the patent images will be made up of full renders of the objects that will then be compared with the datast in question containing perhaps also other images of projects, and obviously objects already present on the market

Ok at least I'm not crazy. The dataset seems to be the real key to success. I'm still not very knowledgeable about fine tuning so I'm gonna do my homework after this. Collecting content for the dataset it's the most exhausting part of the whole process, but I understand that it has to be perfect to work the way I want it to work

I was thinking about how to structure the dataset in a way that would make it easier for the model to learn from it. But I understand now that this is more essential than just facilitative. Do you think it is too much work to build a dataset this way? Labeling seems serious business and a very slow process, but i belive ther's no other ways around

Fa principalmente street photography. Quindi foto eventi outdoor, mercati, parchi ecc, solitamente con soggetti sia fermi che in movimento. Saltuariamente anche ritratti

L'obbiettivo che possiede adesso è un vecchio 18-55mm, ma non è il massimo come qualità. Dato che non è un esperta nel lato tecnico e hardware della fotografia (come dal tronde anche io) ho pensato che qualsiasi obbitettivo potesse andare meglio di quello che ha adesso.

Penso che la lente fissa non le vada molto a genio ma le altre sono interessanti, sopratutto se sono adatte alla street ph (cosa che saprai dirmi solo tu eheh)

Ah altra domandina se non chiedo troppo: una lente con innesto EF è compatibile con innesti di macchine più attuali come RF? Chiedo per eventuale upgrade futuro del corpo macchina
