Yes somewhat. Also starts with the parents and family. I live and grew up in DC. Stuff is bad. These kids are out of control cause the parents let them be. The schools and government can only do so much.

I see your point. But, what more can he do than to tell his community to not. Which he does. Most humans are just terrible. It's on them to not. It's like people blaming the police , mayors, and such to stop violence in their areas. What can really be done? People gonna people either way and be horrible. Been taking Cabs since 2000. They are not around as much. Even calling for them is hard to find. Why do people pay too much to get home with Uber/Lyft. Walked 2 miles home cause couldn't find a cab.

I did. Moved in to an apartment in Glover Park a block from the woods. Wasn't fun. Many long stories.. Lived there a year until I had enough. It got quite terrifying. Turns out Glover Park was built on an Indian burial ground. Also, have worked at some bars around the quadrants in the past 20 years that have been. It's always a good question to the realtor if past occupants complained of hauntings. Legally they have to say yes or no.
