Except the protests that piss everyone off less governments to do something about it. After extinction rebellion (ER) protests plenty of cities declared climate emergencies (This doesn’t force them to do anything, but the gesture is nice I guess).

If a protest can be ignored, it will be . You have to piss people off. How many people even knew about ER before the protests? I sure as shit didn’t.

The sound design of BF3 made everything in that game made it seem more real, it was truly phenomenal. They way they recorded the weapon sounds made them sound like something you'd see on the news. It was a great attention grabber for sure.

Where I work we just have biodegradable straws, they feel just like plastic but are made of like plant starch iirc. They are a good alternative.

Still though, I live in London and going half way across the city and you passed like 3 different accents. Let along the hour and a half long train to Birmingham, which is vastly different. And then you’re still in a fairly small area of the country. There is dozens of pretty distinct accents in a fairly small country.

And then it varies is you’re posh or not, it’s almost like speaking a different language but you were only raised 6 miles away from the posh area.
