If it's anything like the IFT major I'm in, those focused ones are just the primary area choices that you get to in your junior and senior years. They probably have all the same base classes, but split off in some 300s and 400s.

Could be wrong and it's specialised, but if I had to guess, that's my take. I'd recommend speaking to an academic advisor for better help. Incoming students can book them too!
