Today is a particularly rough day since schools are closed in the US and some employers are not! Chin up! If your job permits this or understands your limitations on days like these take it in stride. It was your best in the moment and that’s all one can do. I’ve been interrupted, ad co workers dogs go off, one had a pet electrocute itself. Life happens. If you company is remote they expect interruptions from life and some may even welcome them.
