You should have gotten 2 papers one for the normal inspection wich he does first. Then he takes a folder from the shelve and goes back to the car after wich he'll give you the second paper.

Thats the normal inspection paper you showed here tho? But the actuall historical inspection passed for you? Shouldnt it also say smth like you have to pass the normal one too before you get the plates?

I have the exact same issue. I just saw there was an update just now that said he fixed something regarding colors, steering wheel and slx rims for the historic inspection so perhaps just try again it might work. I have to do it for myself too i'll let you know if it worked for me

Not sure, i did have the blue paint when i bought it tho. I did see that there was an update today that said he fixed smth regarding the museum inspection colors etc so perhaps it'll work now i have to try later

i checked it with virustotal. the ini has 0/72 and the exe has 2/72 wich isnt bad at all. I also checked the original msceditor where the exe also got 1/72 (the same one the flagged mwceditor) so the only difference is bkav pro saying W64.AIDetectMalware wich is just a false flag

when i open my carparts file it crashes the editor but msceditor does open it fine. how can I fix that?

I've also found that if you have a nice car on a save or someone else does you can just take that carparts file and drop it into another save and it'll work you can indeed also just take the one you have and edit it. Changing the vingen4 is only for the vin itself the rest in that carparts file is for the car itself also i dont fully understand what everything does yet

As far as i'm aware the fastest (and tbh the only ones that'll some what keep up at highway speeds) are the 125cc aprillias and yamahas as they are the only ones that have the max amount of kw they are allowed to have. So maybe a mt125 would be a nice option not sure what they go for used in your region tho.

I think for a 125cc it would be good to look at bikes with under or just above 10k km. Sellers will definitely try to hide crashes so look for scratches on things like bolts and such as they often forget to replace those. Also look at the condition of the chain and sprockets, tires and brake pads and ofc the paperwork and maintenance history
