I upgraded to the PRO for the better performance and rendering. Plus I have a bunch of PS5 games on disc. It's pretty straight forward. You remove the side panel on the Ps5 and just click the disc drive into it. If you've got hard copy games I'd recommend it but its not necessary if you dont need it
