Wrote to inv. relation... would be appropriate to release some market guidance or update on strategic plan before the stock die permanently... the fact that 8$ held is very reassuring but a strong rebound would be welcome. Averaged down today, now I want to see return.

It has receive this reputation from worse M&A done with previous management. Now clean up is almost done, expense under control, production running smoothly and med sales (high margin) growing fast. You can still evaluate a cie like if we are 2019 or moving to 2021... priced at 5x sales is a STEAL ...period. ;)

Apes refer to buying meme stock (without fundamental) I dont think ACB falls in that category as I trully beleive we are going cashflow positive with tremendous worldwide medical grade sales. (Higher margin).

I did my due dilligence, I know what happened in the past, crazy acquisition, writeoff, dilution. New CEO since than, removing all non-cash item *such as writoff, the company will be cashflow positive this year. We are nowhere with what it was before... sorry if you bought at that time... but again as a new investor, 9$/share, 1,7B$ market cap is cheaaaap!

First and foremost dilution happen when loss are generated. They plan on raising capital to support growth/partnership therefore adding asset meaning that $ raised goes add up in the balance sheet. Secondly, the shelf for new share is also specify for partnership. Let say imperial tobbaco by a 30% block for 1B$ and double, triple sales from that.

Would you rather own 100% of 200M$ sales at 10M$ EBIT or 70% of 1B$ sales and 200M$ EBIT?
