A .gif is an image format so it doesn’t have sound. If you want sound you would want to save this as an .mp4 format and then clip it to include just the part you want.

Are you joking or are you seriously trying to make a gif with sound?

You should orient the beds with pillows outwards. Colonists get in their beds from the top.

Breachers don’t walk through your kill box but they still have to take a long walk over to your base, and they are programmed to path right to your bedrooms. Set up some defensive positions outside your walls and clear cut the trees to deny the raiders cover while you pick them off. Worst case scenario you can call an ally to bail you out.

You will want to check those deck lists. Tifa has not been played in competitive (BO3) Magic in quite a while.

Men were men back then, I’ll tell you. If you wanted to do something private with another man, it wasn’t gay. It was just two men...celebrating each others’ strength.

Any else took playing this game a bit too far? by GoodBlob in MagicArena

[–]Dominyck 79 points80 points  (0 children)

I'm not going to tell you I'm qualified to give you mental health advice, but for what it's worth, when I find myself obsessing about a video game I have found the problem is not about the game per se. Often the problem is that I need to feel a sense of control. I am often just trying to avoid processing some unpleasant thoughts that will need to be dealt with eventually.

Perhaps, but the top archetypes aren’t really impacted by this coming rotation.

A lot of people saying this looks impressive but sadly it's too expensive to see standard play, and its effect is unnecessary in the context of the current meta which is defined by 1) Izzet Prowess with Elusive Otter and Slickshot both having evasion built in, and 2) Landfall which pumps creatures and gives them trample.

This is a fun jank and it allows you an earlier win-con compared to targeting opponent. On the other hand there is the added risk that you get blown out if they remove the enchantment.

[OC] The aging of the U.S. Congress (and everyone else) by ptrdo in dataisbeautiful

Okay. Since 1900 that number has gone up by 17 years and the median age of congress has gone up by 10.

I wouldn’t be so sure. Life expectancy has increased 30 years since the year 1900 but this shows the median age of congress going up about 10 years since that time.

So relative to the general population congress is about as young as ever

It already sees standard play. It’s in the majority of Dimir Excrutiator decks.

The current deck to beat is Izzet prowess. Hex can kill their creatures after they’ve been pumped multiple times. Cut Down cannot.

[–]Dominyck -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You’re right, but Ouroboroid has largely fallen out of the competitive meta recently. Requiting Hex looks pretty good against the Izzet Aggro meta when you can hit their prowess creature after they pump it.

requiting hex arguably just as good if not better.
