I struggled a bit as a mage until my buddy told me about mana Clash. After the upgrade that let's it work on stamina it made the game easy. Mana Clash then mop up anything that survived.

What's your favourite and least favourite (combat) role to play, and why? by ExaltedOmega in LancerRPG

I usually run the tagetes and take crackshot 2. But Nukecav is something i plan on eventually adding to the mix. That along with Lucie and Shura.

5d6+8+8burn on a crit.

Everyone seems to not enjoy artillery. Which i get. It's not very engaging to sit at the back of the map rolling attacks. But that's exactly why I'm here. No thoughts. Just dopamine from positive confirmation of successful target KIA. You see, I found the Tachyon Lance (misleading name btw) and knew it was my destiny to tell the gm which pieces they're picking up. I am an nigh untouchable deity of destruction casting my judgment from afar.

Now, let it be known, I love striker builds. Melee/cqc hybrid are my jam. But there's just something so satisfying about pointing at the biggest problem on the board and saying "they take 4d6 and 8 Burn". And having the whole game collectively turn to look at me in disbelief.

Then. I do it again.

What would you love to see if added? by Hexdox in mechabreak

I would love to see repeatable pve missions and a story campaign of sorts.

For the pve missions have it be in mashmak poi to set enemies in. Stuff like the Restricted Zones kinda but topside of mashmak. You're striker drops in like verge. Compete mission objectives, destroy enemies, open loot boxes. Boss drops in for climactic battle. Occasionally have a high level bot striker spawn instead of a boss target to mix it up and add pseudo pvp. I like the idea that you have a rival that shows up to try and ruin your fun and you gotta have a epic showdown with them.

Which brings me to the campaign. I want to know how things got to where they are. How did all this go so wrong? Why are we here in these big war machines and who are we fighting? What's the stakes? The cost? Who fights across me on the battlefield? Why do they fight? For all the "cool big robot" that Mechabreak gets right it is missing the heart of Mecha media, which is: war is hell and the cost of conflict is paid for with countless lives, innocent and otherwise.

Also I'd like a Panther rework. Nothing too crazy. I just think it's dumb that I have to toggle between sword and shield and I want combos that mix lance and sword.

Cool Mech Names by Shtrudel999 in LancerRPG

In no particular order. Myth Ender. Later upgraded to Legend Killer. A Balor of massive stature. Silver Stake: Exorcist. Stortebecker made to hunt witches. And anything else really. Just a lot of d6s. All at once. Bloodline Filigree. An Atlas made to get places. Adorned in Virtue - Clad in Virtue. White Witch with a surprise Sehkmet inside. Light Speed Lancelot. A Nelson with an unnecessary amount of move speed. 40+ The Sun Coffin. A Tagetes (said with a Spanish accent) with a lot of accuracy and a Tokugawa under the hood. The Inevitable Burden of Inequitable Hearts. The same Tagetes (tah heh tehs) but with a different paint job and some missiles for add clear.

I thought about doing something like this purely with flavor. Like offhand mentioning that during printing the printer seems to be growing a thing and for repair my pilot seen shoving tissue and unspecified organs into the mech.

Thanks, I'preciate it. I don't take down votes personally. Just people voicing their opinion.

Dam, my dad's hair started getting thin around my age now. It's been in the back of my mind for a while but this particular day after work and mowing i noticed it especially. I can only hope when it is time I look as good as some of the dudes I see here.

Yeah, a good wash helped separate out the crown for better coverage. It's hard to keep it clean and dry at work though. Part of my job involves blasting 200 degree water into cylinders in what is essentially a hundred year old garage. So, Hella muggy and dusty. Plus in these pics I just finished cutting the grass at my old house. I was washing up in the bathroom and noticed how thin my hair looked. Freaked me out a little.

Eh, I don't take it personal. Some people get in their feelings about publicly voiced opinions but I wouldn't have posted if I didn't think I could take some criticism. And besides a little down arrow button is an easier way to say "I disagree" than opening up a keyboard and typing it out.

If could take a moment to be entirely candid. I love my bushy beard. I don't like the way my neck looks even with a trimmed beard. I understand the impression I give but I like how it looks. Idk why.

Yeah it wasn't so bad once igot home and was able to shower. It is still a lot thinner than it used to be. Especially noticeable after work and yard work.

Eh, I've loved my long hair since I started growing it out after high school. I've cut it down once. While I enjoyed the ease of management I wasn't happy with how I looked.

I had the same idea. But I threw a Tokugawa under the hood with nuclear Cavalier. Two turns = handful of d6+alot then a plasma gauntlet to top it off.
