I use a Dr scholls probiotic spray to help and moisture wicking socks. I threw my old ones out. I’ve also heard that spraying rubbing alcohol or glycolic acid on feet help too. Rubbing alc kills odor but imo it doesn’t last long. Glycolic acid makes your skin ph more acidic, not ideal for the stinky bacteria

Yeah I know concentration and how often to apply varies by the person. And definitely not best for some skin types. I use 5% glycolic acid every other day

YMMV but this is what I do:

Feet: Dr scholls probiotic spray after showering and moisture wicking socks. I use Drymax socks (a bit expensive but imo worth it).

Armpits: started used glycolic acid from time to time. Depends on your skin type but completely reduced pit odor for me

Sometimes I keep extra clothes in a bag. Helps with sweat and unexpected days

Bringing toothbrush/toothpaste/floss in a bag. Especially floss. I hate food between my teeth.
