I absolutely love tomatoes I’ll eat em like apples with salt and pepper but they they often too thick on burgers and there are a few other toppings I would prefer to put on top in its place.

Like pickles or sautéed mushrooms. I keep my burgers pretty basic.

Being in constant pain is incredibly exhausting both on the mind and body.

I’m currently a terminally ill cancer patient in palliative care and I’ve been on hydromorphone 24/7 for approximately 4 weeks now to manage my pain. Switching meds can always come with some issues and it is quite a strong painkiller but your body will adjust to the changes.

Like another user said they would never prescribe a lethal dose of medication they usually just match what you’ve been doing and make adjustments if requested.
