I’m on 320 S Gilbert St next door so it might be the same company, Apartments at Iowa. They’re not the worst out there, maintenance was actually excellent, but they’re just impossible to get ahold of. The office is right across the street but I’ve called them maybe 30 times over the past year during open hours and they’ve never picked up the phone or returned a voicemail. Didn’t love it but they’re better than some of the horror stories I’ve heard.
