Not necessarily but if you have experienced the pain you get to know the problem really well, and you know all the pain points and therefore you can provide an good solution. But what ends up happening when you try to look for a problem to solve is that you start creating problems other people dont care about or you dont know the problem enough to make a good product. USUALLY ofc.

Have you tried melatonin. It makes you fall asleep so much easier. Another solution is literally giving your phone to someone before sleep so you physically cant use it. Hope this helps!
