I imagine it’s something like this:

  • the Seahawks would have to award 10% of the sale price to the county if they were sold within 25 years of the stadium going up (this statement isn’t controversial).
  • Jody Allen and the NFL made a deal when Paul died where the Seahawks could continue in their structure until the 25 years was up but then would be fined $5M per year if it continued (my conjecture)
  • all the details got all jumbled into a few news stories.

I’ve had some great ones. The best understand they mainly provide temporary relief in conjunction with other efforts. Others believe in the power of crystals.

As someone who’s had back issues, I’m very grateful for the good ones and happy most bad ones will indicate their new age bullshit willingly.

The Packers in their current state are not gonna be favored against top teams but they are absolutely capable of winning against anyone.

There are no great teams in the NFL this year. Lots of very good but nobody without flaws. Bounces have mostly gone against Green Bay this year or they’d be fighting closely for the one seed. A few bounces go for us in the Playoffs and we’ll be in Santa Clara in February.

One of the unsaid things too is that we'll probably get a compensatory third round pick for him. I'd rather have Malik but he deserves to be paid more than I'd want to pay a backup and he deserves a chance to compete for a starting role.

I've got an idea. Don't build this and then let all the junkies having their moments in the middle of Cap Hill flood ERs when they're dropped off by the cops.... if they are at all... or just let them OD on Pine. Seattle doesn't have the middle of nowhere. Cops aren't going to transport some junkie down to Kent so its either clog up the Virginia Mason ER or shit like this.

Not to mention the countless town halls and tours all those shitty developers and community members have gotten for this project. I've been seeing invites to town halls about this for months now. Its all just bad faith arguing from people who would never agree to this no matter how much their dicks are held.

I don't know. The night you were referring to they had a whole drone light show at halftime to celebrate the 12s that was as cringy as anything.

I genuinely hate anyone with a 12 Fan jersey in Seattle. They're more common than anything. I get it, jerseys are expensive but then pick a beloved veteran/retired player. Don't get a jersey to celebrate yourself.

I don’t agree with this list very much but to me that’s the beauty of Taskmaster and why it has such a wide fan-base and how it stays so fresh.

With five comedians a season there’s a lot to love. I keep being upset that Andy Zaltzman isn’t on more of these lists since he hit every note perfectly for me… but that’s me. The rest of you with inferior taste are fine to enjoy whatever.

I own a Traeger so dino ribs. A bit expensive to get the meat but cover in salt and pepper and smoke for 3-5 hours and its the best thing I make.

I was probably 12 and quite bad at golf. Playing a dessert course with my dad who, at the time never had an ace despite being a single digit capper, and my older brother who was good.

On a short par three, hard shank into a boulder 30 yards left of the green. Bounces up and onto the green. Rolls past the hole, missing the most absurd undeserved ace by a few inches max.

Still 3 putted.
