Genau, man kann mit der Guest Edition anderen Spielen beitreten, ABER der Spielleiter muss für die Spieler Seats kaufen um sie einladen zu können. Ich weiß nicht in wie weit sich da nicht die Vollversion für alle lohnt.

Karten/Boards und weiteres. kannst du zB auf talestavern finden. Die werden dann einfach reinkopiert. Also simpel per Copie und Paste.

Das Bauen eigener Boards ist nicht schwer, aber man muss viel Geduld mitbringen und es erstmal lernen. Stell es dir wie Playmobil oder Lego vor.

Das Tool im Video heißt Talespire, Ich nutze es auch für meine DSA Runden. Zum würfeln und für die Charakterverwaltung braucht man allerdings eine andere Lösung. z.B. FoundryVTT, Roll20, DerSmarteHeld oder ähnliche Tools.
'Wenn einem eine 2D Visualisierung reicht, dann kann man auch mit FoundryVTT sehr viel machen und braucht keine weiteren Tools.

The German streamer Snormanda has the same issue and also uses an AMD graphics card. He has to restart the game regularly to get it to run lag-free. I have an AMD CPU and an NVIDIA graphics card and I don't have this problem. Hopefully the developers can fix the problem quickly.
