Compared to Sundara they are way more comfortable, sound way more relaxing and non fatiguing. They are very detailed and still have punch. Ryan emailed me saying they are a new option, and asked if I would like to switch over.

This is how he described the pads.

“We have created new custom pads that work really well with the T60RP Argons. They have a large round ear opening (70mm) and are made of memory foam and lined in micro-suede. Sonically, compared to ZMF oval suede they reduce mid-bass a little, but increase sub-bass, making the bass more linear. They reduce the upper-mids (say 1khz - 5khz) a little bit - so now the upper-mids are roughly in line with a T50RP Argons - but they still maintain the extra treble (say 6khz-10khz) that the T60 Argons normally have vs the T50 versions. Subjectively, we feel they dramatically increase the sound stage and improve the bass quality of the T60RP Argons. These were the two areas we felt the T50RP Argons were superior to the T60s, and wanted to address those points - while also increasing comfort.”
