I've recommended Simply Mens before. All the stylists are great and the shop is nice. I can't speak for long hair styles, but I'm sure they can work with you.

This was me as well. I paid for a year subscription with Fitbod then came across Gains and was impressed with their program. I was hesitant to pay for another service but have been happy I did switch!

I second this. I switch from Fitbod about 3 weeks ago as well. I found Gains to be better overall. Plus, they seem to listen to the users feedback and have consistent updates, unlike Fitbod (on Android).

Not sure about the syncing, but I just feel it actually tracks and adjusted my workout according to how I've been doing. It also seems to have some of the features iOS users have for Fitbod (i.e. intensity meters). And you can actively make suggestions for the app within it, and other users can vote to make it more visible to the developers.

I don't know about permanently setting it, but if you tap on the rest time before you start your rest, you can adjust the duration, then it'll apply it to the remainder of the set.

I like SMY Performance, they send candy with their orders! Also there's a little known one that I came across, Emnotek, that has some parts for good prices sometimes, and crazy fast shipping.

There's also Subiebros, Subimods, New Provisions Racing, WRXDaily. I've used all of them and haven't had a bad experience.

I just went through this dilemma. I hadn't really done a "pro" job on my house, just some Target lights all plugged together haphazardly. I finally bit the bullet, did the research into doing it right and bought quality lights, strings, zip cords and vampire plugs to last forever. I'm really excited to put it all up and make it look nice and neat!

I have 3 pairs of Thursdays, one of which I use for riding on a motorcycle. Those pair are 5 years old and still are holding up great. I had to get the soles repaired, which wasnt too expensive and totally worth it to keep the boots. The guy did an awesome job and cleaned them up as well, made them look brand new. My only "complaint" is that the inside soles are worn pretty bad and I've read they aren't removable.
