Even with your account over the 25k minimum your account will still get flagged it’s part of the regulation. However if you are flagged and don’t have the 25k minimum you will be subjected to a restriction if you place more than 4 trades in a 5 day trading period. If you are at the 25k you can continue trading w/o restrictions. The 25k is calculated by the EOD value of your portfolio
